Magnum Research introduces its third handgun influenced by Norse warrior culture, the “Viking Desert Eagle L5”. If Thor had a handgun, it would have to be a mighty Desert Eagle pistol. Viking cultural traditions have been a powerful influence on modern warriors, with their devotion to battle, and to the weapons they carried. The Viking Desert Eagle L5 is inspired by Norse long swords taken from archeological digs.
Each of these custom handguns has a weathered finish that is hand distressed to resemble ancient blades, and protected by a clear coat to be both unique and durable. The result is a visually striking and unique firearm that combines the rugged, sophisticated design of the Desert Eagle with the ancient, mythic imagery of Norse culture. Without question, the Viking Desert Eagle is the perfect collectible piece for gun enthusiasts with an interest in Norse history and culture. The Mark XIX L5 in .50 AE features a 5-inch barrel with integral muzzle brake. The black frame is hard-coat anodized with a Hogue® finger groove rubber grip. Overall length is 9.69”, height is 6.25” and the slide width is 1.25”. All light-weight Desert Eagle L5 models are New York State compliant. One seven round magazine is included.

Each Star Spangled pistol is custom finished in a distressed Cerakote, with the American flag added in color to the frame, slide, and barrel. Old Glory is brightly depicted in its full red white and blue grandeur! The Star Spangled Banger Desert Eagle starts as a model DE50, chambered in the popular .50AE caliber. It includes a 6” barrel with picatinny optics rail and integral muzzle brake, rubber grips, and one seven round magazine.

Each of these case hardened Desert Eagles are part of a limited series, with only 25 pistols to ever be produced, and are uniquely numbered on top of the slide.
The Tyler Case Hardened Desert Eagle starts as a Magnum Research model DE50, chambered in the popular and powerful .50 AE caliber. The pistol features a top picatinny rail for mounting optics over the 6” barrel, and includes one seven round magazine. The finish is “case hardened”, with gold colored sights, trigger, hammer, and controls. The grips are premium wood with a gold colored eagle logo. A letter of authenticity is included, identifying the pistol as one of 25.
Owning this custom Desert Eagle is sure to provide many years of enjoyment for the collector and shooter. It will without question be a treasured heirloom in any collection.
